Nature therapy
Solace in the Wild specializes in offering nature-informed therapy services. Nature-informed therapy is an approach that integrates the healing power of nature into the counseling process. This type of therapy practice focuses on creating a nurturing and grounded environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings in connection with the natural world. This is done in a variety of ways: through outdoor sessions, incorporating natural elements into therapy indoors, or using nature as a metaphor for growth and healing. Nature-informed therapy helps clients find peace, balance, and a deeper understanding of themselves. This approach is especially beneficial for those seeking to reduce stress, improve mood, and develop a stronger connection to the world around them.
Services Offered
Traditional Therapy Sessions
